Embracing its geographical location and surrounding built and natural forms was crucial in shaping this edifice. Its floorplan comprises three wings that rotate at their point of intersection, emphasizing particular views and avoiding large boulders and mature trees. While the rotation of the wings defines the overall aesthetic and layout of the building, programmatic needs determine their extension.

/ A full-height foundation protrudes from the ground, creating a plinth for the sculptural structure to sit on.

Throughout the design process, there was a concerted effort to integrate the building with its natural surroundings. This was achieved by adding features such as large windows to maximize natural light and provide expansive lake views. The facades facing inland are less ‘permeable’, ensuring the occupants feel secluded and comfortable within their living spaces.
