TRUSSLER
TOWNS.
Located on the last stretch of buildable land before reaching the City Limit — a site defined by its natural slopes — the project called for a more responsive, three-dimensional approach to design, one that worked with the land rather than simply reacting to it.
Rather than borrowing from conventional suburban styles, the focus was on creating something simpler and intentional. A thoughtful arrangement of rooflines, combined with materials that complemented one another, resulted in a modern, sculptural form that felt connected to the site — its slope, its surroundings, and its unique sense of place.
Most importantly, this design speaks to the moment we’re in — it belongs to now, and to here. It creates a new identity that fits within the existing community while still moving it forward. It connects one home to the next, and every resident to a shared sense of belonging. ◣
